Is the website really $0 upfront?
Yes. There’s no upfront build fee. You pay one monthly price, which covers the website and everything included in your plan.
DO I OWN THE WEBSITE?
Your domain and accounts are yours from day one, always. The website build itself transfers to you free once you've been on the plan for 12 months. If you cancel earlier, there's a small transfer fee to take the finished build with you it gets smaller the longer you've been a client, and disappears completely after a year.
CAN I REQUEST CHANGES?
Routine changes—such as text and image updates and small layout tweaks—are included in your monthly design-support hours.
How many changes do I get before launch?
During the build, you can review the site and request changes before launch. There is no fixed limit on revision rounds within the agreed scope. Major scope changes may require a separate quote.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN MAINTENANCE?
Hosting, SSL, security updates, and backups, plus your monthly design-support hours for routine content and layout changes.
CAN I CANCEL?
Yes, anytime. There's no contract and no minimum term. if you cancel, your domain and accounts stay yours since they were never tied to me in the first place.
What happens if I cancel early?
You can cancel anytime — there's no contract. Your domain and accounts stay yours regardless. If you want to take the actual website build with you before 12 months, there's a small declining transfer fee; after 12 months, it's free.
- Cancel in months 1–3 → transfer fee: $1,299
- Cancel in months 4–6 → transfer fee: $999
- Cancel in months 7–12 → transfer fee: $799
- Cancel after 12 months → free transfer, no fee
